Lance Lyman

Lance has over 23 years of experience bringing innovation and structure to manufacturing. He has spent more than 10 years as a Human Resources and Safety Consultant throughout California. In 2012, he started L&L Synergy Consulting Services with his son, Justin. Lance’s manufacturing experience includes Superintendent of Operations, Human Resources Manager, and Safety Manager with responsibility of 145 employees in six divisions. His impact has effectively increased profitability for clients and measurably decreased employment costs. Lance has extensive consulting experience with both large and small companies. He specializes in ADA, Unemployment Insurance, Workers’ Compensation as well as DLSE including discrimination and harassment. He has created and managed programs such as WC Premium Management, Loss Control, Safety Incentives and Management Training and Development. His Cal-OSHA work includes Injury and Illness Prevention, Hazardous Communication, Emergency Evacuation, Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space and Respiratory. He has worked closely with OSHA, EPA, LACSD, DTSC, DOL, Hazmat, State and Local Health Departments, and Local Fire Departments. He holds Forklift Instructor Certification and HIPPA Certification.

Justin Lyman

Justin has over 6 years of professional experience with computer maintenance and office infrastructure. Working in multiple environments ranging from hospital networking to small business PC, his technical and communication skills have helped to build more efficient and productive work environments. While creating and improving technology systems, Justin has also played key roles in the design and implementation of new organizational procedures to increase work-flow and to educate employees. He also has a firm grasp of administrative duties including, but not limited to drafting office policies and procedures, AP/AR and form development. Keeping focus on excellent customer service while utilizing superior problem-solving skills and persistent drive, Justin always provides top-level service with your company’s goals in mind.
